Consulting + Design

We help people look at their project from the three big P’s. What’s possible? If you need to make money on it, what’s profitable? And what’s pono, which is the Hawaiian word meaning what’s right, what’s responsible.

Who Are Our Clients?

Our clients are diverse. We work with everyone from a small backyard, all the way to 1000-acre agroforestry projects in Central America.

What We Do

We help people get clarity by identifing the project goals and determining what is possible. We help with budgiting money and man power needed to get the project installed. We also address the management of the project over time. We help people understand what it will take to be self-sufficient and off the grid.

The initial consultation helps get to that clarity as an individual, as a group, or as a couple. From there, if a full design is requested we will take all the things that are wanted and put that into a bid package.

We collaborate with different industry professionals depending on the needs of the design.

Research + Development

We also write synopsis of agroforestry systems for things like protecting the watershed. We do research, help people get content to take it to their organization so that they have the precedents, the case studies, and the answers for those types of things.

Our consulting work is everything from helping individuals and organizations get informed about their topic, all the way to the full design with the CAD drawing. We will curate artwork for project portfolios so that there is a roadmap to have a managed plan over time. We help translate the master plan into a work plan so that the installation team has a real clear way forward.
